Matt Laszlo’92

Matt Laszlo, class of 1992, was a C-Suite Executive (SVP & Chief Customer Officer) for The Clorox Company, a Fortune 500 company that during his 4-year tenure experienced significant growth. His 25+ years of business experience ranges from multi-billion dollar global consumer companies (Clorox) to small commercial organizations (Prince Castle, Inc., The Middleby Group, Ross Controls).

He has led both small teams and 1,000+-person functions, served as a general manager, and has dealt with unique business challenges ranging from acquisitions to cultural transformations. His passion for coaching and leadership development motivated him to retire from his C-suite role in 2019 and become an entrepreneur. Mr. Laszlo’s executive coaching business helps aspiring and existing executives develop their most inspiring, effective, and authentic leadership style.
